These are great if you are feeling under the weather and feel like you are having the start of a UTI. Taking them is the same as drinking cranberry juice and helps to neutralise the pH of your urine.

My wife is prone to UTIs. Horrible things. She's been taking the D-Mannose 900mg Cranberry Capsules for a few weeks now, in an attempt to avoid recurrence. The capsules are easy to swallow (two a day), and the letter-box pack provides clear directions for use and information on ingredients.Compared to taking multiple supplements, she likes the convenience that the formula combining D-Mannose, cranberry, zinc, and probiotics all-in-one, provides, with 90 capsules in a pack.

I don't think this product makes it immediately clear enough about its zinc content. The front of its packaging promotes its D-Mannose component, along with others, but then states only in the smallest of letters possible that 'zinc supports normal immune system support', without explaining that it is even present in the capsules. Then on the back of the container makes the statement that these are zinc capsules with the addition of the other ingredients.The container supplies 90 capsules with a suggested dose of 2 capsules, twice per day. But I have decided not to take them at all, as the labelling is too unclear. I've given tw stars, only because the packaging and capsules look OK and maybe other customers have a clearer understanding of the intended purpose of these, but I'm completely confused. These are not what the front labelling led me to believe they are.

I like these.Unfortunately for me I have a UTI right now .These seem much better than the others I have been using and have some additional botanical herbs , bamboo leaf, oregano, and cinnamon, which do seem to add potency and help more.It has a tiny amount of Zinc which is very helpful and necessary in any infection.It has a good lot of Probiotics which are necessary and very helpful FOR UTI s ,too.I have very recently changed over to these.They are a really great mix and well thought out..I am so far delighted and like them better than any other cranberry and D Mannose I have had.They seem great to me.They are free of nasty fillers.So far they are helpong really well and I like them.
